James Batka, Founder, CEO
James has worked in Contingency environments for the last eight years, contracting in the Green Zone, Bagdad, Iraq; South Sudan, and Afghanistan. He has built many Structures, Sites, Man-Camps, and FOB’s for the Military and the Government, specializing in the most challenging projects.
Several of his projects include the construction and O+M of Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan, Transition of US Embassy in Bagdad, Field Project Manager for a twelve hundred-man Field Headquarters for the SPLA (Sudanese Peoples’ Liberation Army)(USAID), and countless construction projects over the last twenty years back in his home town of Chicago.
Recently, while with Dyncorp, he was the Director of Operations and Maintenance for LOGCAP IV, Southern Afghanistan. In this position, he oversaw and managed several thousand personnel, 40+ FOB’s (including KAF), and up to 20 construction projects at any given time, ranging in value from several hundred thousand dollars, to tens of millions.
James is uniquely qualified to obtain and oversee many different types of contracts, and has the close, personal business relationships with key companies and programs that can only be earned through time, experience, and reputation.
Mr. Batka is a licensed Master Electrician, Electrical Contractor, General Contractor, and is has taken classes for Project Management at Villa Nova University, and Government Contracting at DePaul University.
Thomas L. Vickers, Vice President/COO
Thomas is a highly skilled individual with a diverse technical and mechanical background in the construction, heavy equipment, transportation, and power generation industry. Since 2005, he has demonstrated the ability to work within the constraints of the logistically challenged and time sensitive environments of Iraq and Afghanistan in support of military operations; from outside the wire recovery, to O&M management and services.
His proactive approach from years of experience demonstrates understanding the mission and getting the optimum results in less than optimum situations. His can-do attitude has lead too many well done and on time job completions.
Recently, while in Afghanistan, he was the Power Generation Supervisor for Camp Leatherneck (675 generators), Kandahar Airfield (575 generators), and FOB Dwyer (300 generators), all while
managing 40 to 75 multi-national work force personnel.
Thomas holds general contractors’ licenses in VA and NV and is registered in OH and PA for small commercial construction. He has over ten year’s construction experience from all disciplines to ownership.

KEN CONROY, CTO
Ken Conroy has been at the forefront of computer technology since the early 1970's. In the mid 70's he built his first microcomputer; and, using this new technology, developed numerous cutting edge programs for a variety of businesses. In the 1980's, Ken worked in television post-production, migrating from on-line video editing to animation. In the late 80's he acquired the third license of Softimage issued in the U.S, and founded Ken Conroy Productions Detroit, and attracted major corporate clients, including Ford, GM and Chrysler. In the 1990's, Ken moved to Chicago where he continued to develop cutting edge graphics.
